Shipping Policy
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (6-9 BUSINESS DAYS)
Please allow for 1-4 business days (excluding weekends) for your order to be fulfilled and processed. This is just the fulfillment and processing part- your order will still need to shipped to you.
All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. You will receive a confirmation email regarding your order once placed. You will then also receive an email when your order label has been printed off. This email will include your order’s tracking number. To get updates on USPS shipped orders go to usps.com/manage/ and entering your tracking number.
To get updates on UPS shipped orders go to ups.com/track and enter your tracking number.
Once your order is fulfilled and processed, please allow for 5-6 business days for your order to be delivered If you are within the United States. You will get an email once your package has been delivered.
In total, the entire process will take about 6-10 BUSINESS DAYS. We do offer expedited shipping at an extra cost.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping to all countries

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. My Mini Explorer is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Return & Exchange Policy
To file a return or exchange please fill out the Return/ Exchange Form below.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
You may return unused/unwashed clothing within 30 days of your purchase.
Customer will be responsible for all the return fees unless item was damaged or flawed in production.
Returns are processed within 7 days of receiving.
If a product is returned to us, (A) within 30 days of receiving it, and (B) with the original packing slip, you will be provided 100% store credit or a full refund for that product. Once the package is received your payment method used at the time of purchase will be refunded.
Please allow for 7 business days to process.
Original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. You are responsible for any additional shipping charges while using your store credit.
Damaged Product
My Mini Explorer will replace any product(s) that are damaged when originally received.
Customers will need to send an email to myminiexplorerbaby@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving their order, along with your order #, and provide a picture of the damaged product(s).
Once reviewed we will respond to you with a solution.
